230 East 63rd Street in the Upper East Side has sold out.
The final apartment at the six-unit pre-war development went into contract last week. The floor-through two-bedroom on the third floor, most recently listed for $3.25 million, measures 1,734 square feet and comes with a balcony.
White Plains-based developer Michael Paul Enterprises, LLC gut renovated the 1905 building, transforming it into luxury two- and three-bedroom residences. Each apartment has wide plank, radiant heated white oak flooring, wood-burning fireplace, in-unit washer/dryer and kitchen with Caesarstone countertops and appliances by Wolf and Sub-Zero. Nest Seekers International sold the final units.
“We’re committed to developing more high-end luxury boutique condominiums in Manhattan, as we feel these types of projects stand apart from the influx of large residential high-rises and offer the intimate living experience many buyers are looking for,” Michael D’Alessio, President and CEO of Michael Paul Enterprises, said in a statement.
Michael Paul Enterprises is embarking on more small-scale projects in the area; redevelopment is ongoing at 554 East 82nd Street, which will have four large apartments, three of which will be duplex units. The developer purchased the five-story, ten-unit walk-up building for $4 million in 2012, according to Department of Finance records. Located between York and East End avenues, the 26-foot-wide property came with up to 23,560 buildable square feet, according to the Massey Knakal listing.

The firm is also renovating a building at 225 East 81st Street, located between Second and Third avenues. That five-unit project will offer three and four-bedroom condominiums. Michael Paul Enterprises acquired the vacant 9,375-square-foot, five-story building for $7.6 million in 2013, according to Department of Finance records. The property had eight three-bedroom apartments on the upper four floors, plus an unfinished “English basement” with windows on four sides and a garden in the rear, according to the Sotheby’s listing.
