Instagramarama: 10 elevated gardens that will have you seeing green

Modern buildings are becoming increasingly energy efficient using sustainable materials and incorporating ‘green’ features like roofs and gardens into their designs. Some major cities including Toronto have even implemented policies that require new commercial, institutional and residential developments to include green roofs.

There is no doubt that there have been major advances in the incorporation of greenery in buildings around the world, but here’s a look at 10 buildings we found on Instagram that elevate this trend to a whole new level.
